Partco's Central Repair Center managed to achieve the first-place rank for the first time in the annual evaluations by the ISQI company.
The after-sales service of the Amico Industrial Group, which recently began its operations under the name Partco Company, achieved second place in national evaluations.
In this assessment, which was conducted by the Iranian Quality Inspection and Standard Company, the Central Repair Center won the top rank for repair services.
This brilliant success is the result of implementing strict international standards, employing specialized personnel, utilizing the most advanced diagnostic and repair equipment, and achieving customer satisfaction at the Central Repair Center covered by this company. By focusing on maximum customer satisfaction and providing fast and reliable services, the company managed to have 5 of its affiliates achieve first place and 7 affiliates achieve second place within its after-sales service network.
It is worth mentioning that Partco Company is responsible for providing after-sales services and supplying spare parts for the products of the Amico Industrial Group across the country, and this achievement is a testament to this organization's commitment to quality and customer orientation.
